Don't waste your money
3 of 4 found this helpful What a joke. I thoroughly reviewed all "canister" style steam cleaners, and this one came out on top, although it was also on the higher end pricewise. I specifically bought it for cleaning shower tile, grout, glass, etc. It was worthless. Yes, it can remove some of the scum and stains, but I could do just as good of a job with the chemical cleaners I've been using. And it had zero effect on the hard water staining on the glass doors. I don't know, maybe I misunderstood what it was capable of.. I'm thoroughly dissatisfied that I spent so much time and money. Hopefully I can return it.
