No more sticky floors
Seems to work well on all hard surfaces without leaving a residue like with mopping. In fact it will remove the residue from mopping. I have bought 14 of them since May for weekly cleanings in rentals and so far all are still in service. The bolt that holds the handle together is taped to the handle upon arrival. Be sure to use it, don't lose it.

pull down diverters
2 of 2 found this helpful I have converted dozens of old pull up tub spout diverters to these pull down diverters.
The design is superior as it completely stops the flow of water coming from the tub spout.
Conventional diverters waste water even when they are new as they essentially allow some water to continue to flow from the tub spout and continue to allow more and more water to flow with age resulting in less water actually used by the shower head. This means you are not only wasting fresh water, but also paying to heat water that you are literally pouring down the drain unused. Yup, pouring your money down the drain.
The negative is that if you try to sweat the included fitting to copper, you will probably heat a sweated elbow feeding the spout, (copper is an excellent conductor of heat and heat rises) where it could cause a leak where it would be very difficult to access to fix. I recommend using only the threaded application.
