Walk the Walk with Leslie Sansone-One & Two Mile
10 of 10 found this helpful I have been a great fan of Leslie Sansone for a long time and have many of her tapes. This is my absolute favorite. This is a great tape for the days when you really don't feel like bouncing around to much. The music is very motivating and keeps you going all the way through. Leslie talks you all the way through for 30 minutes and you feel like you have had a great workout. Best of all her workout really works. I alternate this tape with her others to avoid getting bored with my workouts. I am 56 years old and I would highly recommend this tape for all ages.

Great product
This is easy to hold. I love the fold down handle. The heat selections are just right and it blows great, but, not too much. I would recommend.
