Great Banjo Intro

Easy to follow, good songs to learn! As a beginner, I really appreciated the simplicity of the approach and the quality of the music presented. I'm so glad I found this book, or else learning to play my banjo would have been a lot slower and more frustrating!

Almost Perfect: Wedding Makeup

OK-the truth--- I am a makeup artist and I scour Ebay for books about my favorite thing in the world: MAKEUP. I had been contemplating, one day, writing my own book on wedding makeup, when I saw this title. The book is beautiful to behold. Very lovely pictures, and nice to look at. The Makeups were GORGEOUS. Robert Jones did a knock out job on these girls. They looked PHENOMENAL. And there was a lot of information and instruction for the Bride as to how she could do her makeup. There were a few things I didn't like about the book. 1/ NO non-makeup artist, I don't care how many magazines you read, can possibly recreate the drop dead makeups in this book. 2/ Robert Jones' instruction is sometimes a little confusing. 3/ I did NOT like the evening/morning/afternoon/anytime labels he put on the makeups. It was TMI. I have added the book to my makeup book collection, and there it will stay. Don't look forward to me selling on ebay too soon. All in all, a nice book, love the pics, but I just don't think the average girl could pull this off.
