Problem with 4th movie

Bought for my handycapped grandson and it is a nice package. The first three movies played ok on his PS3 but the fourth one did not. After playing ok for about ten minutes the audio stops. A message on screen says cinavia not authorized to play on this devise. The same thing happened on a magnavox dvd recorder- player. You tube has a lot of fixes shown but I have not tried any of them. So I bought the dvd to go with the set.
