  Seller shipped a 20 lb speaker in a single ply cardboard box that had been wet and is stained. Obviously it arrived completely destroyed. No packing material at all...not 1 oz not one spec. Sent a 200 dollar 20 lb 12-in speaker in a box meant for one that was a third the weight. Then tried to blame FedEx. There was no chance the speaker would arrive in one piece. Claims speaker was reconed professionally but the paper is way off . I would never trust anything from this seller.

  The box arrived in a fairly destroyed state, in comparison to the pictures in the original posting, and the card itself had a bent bracket (carefully corrected with pliers) and does not seem to work thus far. Issues with the card could be due to an OS incompatibility, so I can’t complain there, but the state of the arrived package/device was not expected.

  It was in mint perfect condition when I dropped it off at the Fedex Ship Center. I have no control over what happened after. I never ship overseas and eBay requested I make an exception and made it easy
