My Go to Fragrance

The MUST baking book..consistent, perfect results every time..and EASY!
My favorite baking book! I love this book! The recipes are very simple but DETAILED...right down to, for example..which type of brown sugar to use (dark vs.light) AND whether to tightly pack or not...Because the instructions are so precise...I get perfect results every time and raves about all I bake from Rosie's book...It has the perfect yellow layer cake and chocolate layer cake recipe that are no fail! No more dry cakes in this house! A MUST for those who love to bake from scratch but have struggled with varying results!
