Broke both shades after less than six weeks
One broke at the pin after four uses. The other snapped at the pivot a few weeks later. Obvious quality issues with this product. Buy from a better supplier or you’ll end up buying it twice.

Didn't work
Dead on arrival. Required me, at my time and expense, to take it to a Dyson repair shop, where they replaced the bad battery. Surprised that a "certified refurbished" product didn't work.
