Awesome information!
1 of 1 found this helpful I learned so much about my gut. I changed my diet a little and tried the probiotics. I feel better. I still go to my doctor. This book makes since.

I like it!
It was easy to assemble. The stainless steel top had a few bends on corners. I like it for the price too.
