Lightweight and easy to use.
The Jerky Gun is great to use as you can use a number of mixtures in and it is quicker than having to slice up all the meat. One can mix in all types of Herbs ETC combined with different types of sauces to add flavour. All in all much better making Jerky with the gun than doing it the old way.

Size of spanner to fit nuts.
The only problem is that it will not fit some of the Australian fittings EG: Compression Nuts and Right angle Stop Taps.
