This book is GREAT! I give it as a card to the people I love with a personal message on the first page. Everyone should read this book. We should all spend some time thinking about how much we like the people in our lives and why we like them. We should then express that freely.

Utopia is always somewhere else & nothing good ever comes from attachment!

After reading 1 chapter I stopped reading her copy and got my own copy off ebay so I could underline things and write notes on what I was reading. I'm only on chapter 3 but so far it's awesome! I used to think I was a dualist because I think things only appear to us through their opposites. This book is making me think that things are not separate from each other for the exact same reason. And if we are not separate then we are all part of the whole, we are equal. Equanimity is integral to real love, compassion, patience and kindness. Anything that helps me become more loving and kind is a good thing in my book. So far this is a very good book!

Great Book!
Great beginner book. Information is presented in a fun simple way. It might be a great intermediate and advanced theory book as well, but I've only read the first section.
