This puzzle is a challenge and more interesting than simple cubes.
Due to the different size of the pieces I thought it might be hard to do smooth turns. Out of the box and I found it hard to turn without grating. So using the small tube on a can of silicone spray, I injected spray and then did multi turns to free things up. It now turns easier and the puzzle is a challenge and as with other puzzles with odd shapes, care must be taken with turns. I am now teaching myself to do it.

Fast and accurate cooking - easy to clean
We changed to a Breville Grill in the past because of the 2400w faster and hotter cooking.
At our first use of the new (removable cooking plates model) I am impressed. I got fast heat up because of the shape of the cook plates. I got accurate cooking as the probe supplied worked well. Finally it was easy to clean and the cook plates will fit into a normal household kitchen sink.
SUMMARY. It is expensive compared to other products but it has better features and I have no regrets.

Works well if used correctly
The blade is sharp and thin and cuts well. This is great for delicate cutting with precision on lighter material. This is the second one I have bought as I wore the first one out.
This is not suitable for cutting very hard or thick material.
