Great Cookbook to own!!
Tapas are fantastic!! They are traditional, usually quick to assemble, and reletively healthy in their smaller portions. If you entertain at all, you need this cookbook. It has hundreds of recipes that use varieties of meats, vegetables, seafood, and various spices. I own Penelope Casas' Foods and Wines of Spain also, and the two books are THE BOOKS to own if you want to learn more about Spanish cuisine and lifestyle, for that matter. These recipes are ageless and wonderful. You will love to own this cookbook!!

Food Revolution is a great cookbook
Jamie Oliver did a wonderful job putting this cookbook together. It really is a cookbook that breaks various dishes down to simple, easy to follow step-by-step instructions. you can learn to make very tasty dinners, that are cost effective and not time consuming. This is a must own; especially for the family that is "on the go" and like to have healthy, affordable meals that fit there busy schedules. Easy to follow recipes, and great pictures make these recipes an absolute breeze to cook. From the novice to the advanced, everyone will benefit from owning this great cookbook.

You HAVE to have this cookbook!
I needed a GOOD Cajun/New Orleans-style cookbook; and I did my usual internet research prior to making a decision on the one to buy. After reading a number of reviews and a few sample recipe excerps, I went with Donald Link's Real Cajun. I could NOT be happier! Upon receiving this in the mail, I instantly turned to his Gumbo recipe; I knew RIGHT THEN that I made a wise decision. (the first ingredient is a 6-pack of beer--not for the gumbo, but for the cook!) But this cookbook, that has a TON of recipes, is more than a cookbook; it goes into the "life" of cooking down south. It has great pictures and fantastic narratives to go along with very easy to follow recipes. Donald Link truly breaks down the "art" of Cajun cuisine, so that even myself way up here in "Yankee" country, can follow. I LOVE this cookbook!!
