  Cooker bought from Bob Darch in Taunton. Interparcel courier service engaged and paid by me to collect and deliver to Southampton. Cooker collected in good condition (as sold). Cooker damaged in transit. Cooker returned to vendor because it was 'damaged in transit' whilst in their possession. Interparcel refuse to take any responsibilty for this. They will not refund me the delivery cost of £54.65. In fact they now refuse to talk to me. They refuse to even offer any compensation. Please help me
