He claimed that nobody told him that he had to sign the package to be delivered however it was explicitly stated in the listing. He claimed that the fragance was fake, however he chose to keep it when he could've returned for free. Ebay doesn't allow the sale of fake items nor we wouldn't risk our 100% positive feedbacks for a perfume. C'mon!!!
