  Didn’t ship it for a week and took almost another week to arrive Arrived damaged because it was packed in a paper bag with the thinnest bit of bubblewrap you’ve ever seen. The statue was £50 and I was pretty upset so I let the seller know and they offered a partial refund which was cool, but after a couple days of not getting one and trying to chase them up on it I just gave up :(

  I let this buyer know I was in the process of moving house. they acknowledged this, it was the Christmas period so items are obviously going to be slower. the statue was wrapped with bubble wrap so the damage was out of my hands. Partial refund has been sent back, again it has been the holiday period and moving house at the same time so been very busy...merry christmas
