Great Lens
2 of 2 found this helpful I own a production company and we have several Nikon lenses. I figured I'd give the Tamron 24-70 a try and I don't regret one bit. It is a great lens and for the price we can't complain. A pro photographer will know the differences between the Tamron and Nikon, but a pro will also understand about the cost/benefit and lens limitations you get with any product. I am really happy with this lens and would definitely buy again.

Versatile and incredibly beautiful pictures!!!!!!!
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a heavy heavy lens, but man, It's beautiful. I'm a Professional photographer in NY and use this lens in all kinds of events. I'd actually recomend fixing the sharpness in photoshop or camera RAW but then again, I do that to most of my pictures. Worth the money if you have, buy it on EBAY and pay less for this lens.
