just ok...serves the purpose for TV
Using it on the TV...its just ok..The pros are: its a good price here on Ebay...and it does work
the cons: you have to switch it on and sync it every time you use it....this can be difficult because the dingle is short and behind the TV or cable box...often down low...
there is also an annoying double echo when listening... the TV voice is either later or earlier than what you receive over the ear phones... trying different output ports may fix this..not sure
also have to charge the ear phones every 3rd use

Easy to install and update..good price....shipped very quickly. Adds many new lookups to your GPS.
