Item isn't good quality, stays soft like putty, did not get hard at all.

I purchased this automotive plastic weld to fix my fog like of my car as the previous owner had a small accident. The fog lights brackets were broken so i used the plastic weld to hold it back in place to pass MOT. The product didn't even get hard, i was able to pull it off the next day and it still remained soft like putty. Slightly disappointed.. :( Was hoping it would solve my issue.. Messaged the seller days ago..still no response so communication lacks as well..
