Not being able to install programs

II have a problem installing both the French and German programs on Windows 10. Are those programs suitable for windows 10 ?. I have followed the instructions given in the installation manual but it does not work, when I type in the details in the entry box I get the message that windows cannot find 'D:\SETUP.EXE' i DO NOT GET ANY ON-SCREEN INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT TO DO.
