Overall a step backwards from our v11 outsize. Bin doesn't close properly and motorhead vibrates on tiles and is very noisy on carpet.
Bought this after a plastic wheel cracked on our v11 outsize power head. Dyson said not available and sent us a small motorhead as a replacement even tig they said it would be a backorder xl head. This vacuum vibrates a lot on hard surfaces with the powerhead, and makes a horrible noise on carpet when pushed away from you. The bin doesn't positively close and latch, so it can come out just by holding the outside of the canister and pushing down.

Too small
1 of 1 found this helpful The protector is not wide enough to cover the whole viewable area of the phone, with a gap on both sides. This distorts the image and most problematic text. It is only a small amount but ruins an otherwise good product.
