Good output, good price, cheep quality. You get what you pay for it.
Decent light bars, however the mounting hardware is not the most durable. Expect to fail. I had manufacture a mounting system after the original failed.
However given the fact that a compatible light-bar from a reputable manufacture can be up to 10X more expensive, who am I to complain.
Just be careful with he mounting bracket bolts.

Not suitable for running
Not a good design for runners. I use it as a safety vest when I need to change a flat tire at night.

Excellent product.
Provides accurate measurement tested against ICU oxymeter. Portable, well designed.
