Ordinary visuals but great sound
I already own the VHS version of The Wall but I needed to upgrade it so that I could play it on a CD/DVD player. The video was filmed in the 1980's and compared to today's visuals it looks pretty 'grainy'. However, saying that, the audio and music is still brilliant and the overall show is outstanding, and I can put up with the lower picture quality.
I also thought that maybe using multiple artists to sing/play the various songs in The Wall would somehow detract from the original concept - but I was wrong and it actually enhances it. If you're a Pink Floyd fan then this is a 'must have'.

Reliving my childhood fantasy of being a Spitfire pilot
I remember watching this movie as a kid in the mid-60s and loved it - so I decided to relive my childhood a bit. It was just as good now (I'm in my sixties)....except it was just a bit 'corny' and the special effects weren't anywhere near what they are today. Still, to see and hear the sound of the flying Spitfires in the dog-fights made up for the special effects for me - and some actual footage of the time added to this.
The acting was pretty dated - but wholesome with some perfect English grammar and posh accents which most people associate with the RAF of the time. The lack of profanities was also a breath of fresh air and the film isn't lessened in any way for this - although the younger generation might not associate with this.
The quality of the remastered film was excellent and the black and white film took a little bit of getting used to...but it just added to the experience for me.
Overall, I'm really happy with the film itself and the quality of the product and don't regret buying it at all. It doesn't come with anything else - like the Director's comments or 'How we made it' crap, which I never watch anyway as it spoils the imaginary spectacle.
It will be a good escape for me on rainy days when the grandkids are being a bloody nuisance!

Good value movies
Rogue One - A Star Wars story is my favourite episode out of this long running series. I much prefer getting the actual DVD of the movie rather than downloading it as it allows me to use my full 7.1 surround sound system to full capacity. The sound effects in the movie are great - and when the pictures on my walls started rattling I knew that the sub-woofer was working just right for me! To get this Blu-Ray movie for $12, have it arrive within a few days and in perfect condition what more could you ask for? It made my day and I'll be back to buy a few other movies and rattle a few more pictures.....
