Wide variety of interesting topics
This little book covers a lot of interesting topics that can also serve as a future reference source.

Nicer that most of the puzzles of U.S. image. The flags are a nice learning g bonus.
As pictured, quality is okay (I.e. thick cardboard).

A stronge (maybe longer) quality of life
At times, the author gets a little long winded. His points made are very worthwhile to investigate further and make changes. Lots of opportunities to learn new healthy habits. So far, so good. Im convinced that a healthy gut is essential to good health and becomes even more essential as we age.
