Talk Box, Oxbox, Classic Amp Modelling that still hasn't been beat!
After years this us still a fantastic unit... I've used it on recordings and it killed. It's got a very chewy analog sound, and you can plug a mic in (it has an XLR input) and you get a TALKBOX! and get a great Joe Walsh Rocky Mtn Way or Peter Frampton talking guitar sound or like to song "Mind Bender" by Stillwater if U remember that one..."My mama was a gibson, my daddy was a fender....that's why they call me, the mind bender!
these days there's all these fancy units...but this sounds every bit as good to me and I can record silently if I want to...it has a beefy headphone output...And it's mostly all stainless steel! This thing is a classic and they just don't build anything even remotely as robust...even the oxbox feels cheap in comparison. I will never part with mine!
