Easy to use.
7 of 7 found this helpful Took me a few mins to get the controls down and how to use, but it took off once you nail it. It’s very easy to use! I like the box it comes in, it makes it very convenient having the tools ready to switch out. I wish the box had a handle or strap so i can easily pick it up and move it. Other than that, splurge purchase but worth it in my opinion. I have pin straight hair and love to curl it. I switched from a curling iron to this.. my only complaint is, for my type of hair, I need to make sure my hair is DRY from damp so that it stick STICKS. Otherwise- curls last for 2-3 hours, afterwards it has a nice volume and waves.
The refurbished is great - pretty much new.
