Good value for the price and a proven product.
I was very satisfied with trimmer my wife has a hard time holding onto other products, this was light easy to activate safety and fits in with all my other Ryobie products.

Cheap helmet
Helmet came squashed up and bent. I was told by the supplier that that was normal and I would have to take a hair dryer to try and staighten out the twisted up headgear it is very thin and flimsey. After an hour of fiddling with it I had to turn around and stretch out the helmet overnite. They say that this is high quality product and tried to say it was a $140 helmet when it's just another cheap takeoff with poor quality. Don't fall for the line. Many better helmets in this catagory
