I've never had a shave this close using an electric razor.
I was hesitant to buy this razor due to the reviews about the foil head. One review I read said not to start using it until you read the instructions and/or watch the video which basically says to make the foil last longer do not apply pressure but let the razor glide over your beard.
The instructions admit your beard cannot be long and the foil head is a wear item but so are blades, I can deal with it, nothing lasts forever. Some reviews mentioned the noise. I like the fact that I can hear when it is cutting. When the noise is gone so is the stubble.
I bought this razor because of the mostly positive reviews but a huge factor in choosing this one is that it is Made In The USA. I support American industry and workers over imports whenever I can.

Heavy Duty
1 of 1 found this helpful Blades are thicker than OEM so should last longer. Only used once so far and provided good vacuum to lift grass, leaves, etc to blow into bagger.

Good Value
This part was probably made by the same supplier as the OEM part because both are made in Mexico and the relays are from the same manufacturer. That said I would speculate it is as good as the OEM part. It hasn't been that long since installation but so far it works as it should.
