There was a slight issue with a missing instruction booklet (an honest mistake) and once notified the seller was very apologetic and sent the instruction booklet to me straight away. I think it says a lot about a sellers credibility when they rectify identified problems quickly. I would have no hesitation in buying from this seller again.

    Item as described, really well packed & shipped quickly. Now all I need to do is find out why this badge is numbered, & has blue lettering, as opposed to the unnumbered, black lettered badge I already have - why would RACWA do two different centenary badges? If anyone reading this has any thoughts, I'd be pleased to hear. Regardless, this is a superb piece, from a very highly recommended seller.
