just not very usefull as a useable book.
This is a poor book and only shows a couple of poses of the stances, that about it, with some usual history bumfth to fill it. There is no pattern, form, or kata in any way shape or form. Informational only.

Useful & not junk like other books. Worth buying.

Pages are too thin, a lot of TEXT GHOSTING.
2 of 2 found this helpful The GHOSTING TEXT issues are too annoying to keep the item. I gave it to a charity shop because it was too unbearable to read with so thin pages with so much ghosting of text. Paper is just too thin.
