Blackberry Z10

Hi, i don't like the BlackBerry Z10 because it so difficult and complicate to be use ( access to the menu and use it properly ). I just said to myself to be Quiet. Even some video on Youtube doesn't help at all. Also I bought a Case, it's very light like nothing. I will no recommend it to someone. Thank you
