Good for DIY
1 of 1 found this helpful Not a bad item for the home kitchen. I would not recommend it for professionals. First time I used it, after sharpening 5 knives as per the instructions, the motor would not restart until it cooled down. 5 minutes or so. The knives were sharpened to a good standard.
