By second day using this keyboard without any liquid spilled on it or drop it. The E key feels very sluggish when pressed, and the rebound speed slows

The E key feels very sluggish when pressed, and the rebound speed slows down, making it feel like it's stuck. Sometimes it shuts down and restarts automatically. Once when I was typing, it completely crashed and kept typing "S".
