  I cannot charge the battery, because a charger or charge cable was not provided. No the battery life is dead and I cannot charge it, so I can't play it anymore. Also, it took a very long time to arrive and I only love 40 minutes drive from the item location. Lastly, the seller never responded to my message. Completely ignored me.

  I provided everything as detailed in the listing and the buyer never contacted me about any issues. after receiving negative feedback, I tried to reach out to the buyer to resolve the problem, but i couldn't get in touch, and offer refund to buyer but no respond. I try my best resolve the problem, but i can't do anyting now. Thank you
