Pulse Generator performance.
I operated this device from a 12v dc supply. 2 seconds on, 58 seconds off. Had a loud, relatively high current blue discharge spark, used as a bird scarer for a strawberry crop. Operated for approx 1 week across an 11.9 mm air gap before the output voltage dropped so it would only jump a 4 mm gap with a very anemic spark that was much quieter. I suspect the internal charge capacitor has lost capacity due to low quality manufacture. Buy this device with the knowledge it may not last as long as you would like.
