Shipped a 20lb purchase of Firestops in a plastic bag, several of the items packaging plastic were cracked. No consideration or concern for the items their selling. Had any of the contents leaked and contaminated the package I would have returned the order. The only way to hold sellers accountable and possibly prevent repeating in the future is to share my experience via Feedback. Please do better for the sake of all sellers.

Wow, I'm amazed how quick the seller processed my order and mailed them out! Got them.auoer quick and the PRICE on the smoke alarms was AMAZING! I literally got two for "almost" the price of one. I never had a problem with a QOLSYS product, so unless I have to update this feedback, imaging to assume all is well with them! I haven't opened the package to check the contents - but the packaging is great!
