  Item arrived in good working order and in the description that was listed. The issue I had was the packaging was insufficient for how the USPS treats parcels. You can see that it was not taken care of. The small amount of bubble wrap was completely flat from repeated abuse. Had the sender not taped it up so well I imagine it may not have made it at all. So, the problem was not necessarily with the vendor, although they should ABSOLUTELY add more bubble wrap or styrofoam to protect items fromUSPS
