Great video to learn these 6 line dances.
I was looking for good basic line dance instruction. Donna's Country Line Dance Instruction hit it "out of the park". If you want to learn these dances, you can"t go wrong with Donna's Dance Class.

Great Choice If You're Looking For A Bargain
I'd used those nasal strips but had them fall off in the middle of the night. These Nasal Cones come in a set of 4 so you can select the size that's right for you.
The cones push from the inside rather than pull from the outside, they do a better job for me than the strips. I'm not sure how long the cone will last but can't see any reason why it would ever need replacement other than losing it.
A box of 30 strips cost more than the Nasal Cone set. Seems like an easy choice if you're looking for a bargain.
