Very firm & uncomfortable

We bought this for one of our guest rooms. We slept on it for a couple nights. It is a VERY hard mattress. NOT comfortable! We are going to have to put a 2" or 3" memory foam topper to hopefully make it so it's comfortable to sleep on. I wish it wasn't such a firm mattress, it should be offered in different firmness when it is purchased. It will cost us as much or even more to buy the topper for it. I wouldn't buy another one.
