  Item arrived quickly but did not work. I messaged the seller the day after I got it. They never responded. I messaged them twice in the span of a week and no response. I got eBay involved and THEN they responded. A partial refund was offered. I accepted. I never received my refund. I messaged the seller again, no response. I had to have eBay step in again and issue my refund on the seller's behalf. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION. Actually NO communication. 100% + feedback, I expected better.
