Good, but bad audio quality

The device works correctly, the design is elegant but the sound quality is not 100%. I dunno if the others FM transmitter is like that or is there something so I have to do, but Fortunately, my car has audio equalizer and I had to change the bass and treble settings for get better but wasn’t enough. PS.: if I use my phone volume at 100% the audio gets worse, so I have to stay 80% lower
