This doctor ISN'T trying to sell me anything he is just informing me of best choices for eating.
I was so impressed with this book that I bought a copy for each of my adult children. The first half is a lot of statistics and "motivation" why plant based eating is good for your health. But the last half (from about chapter 9 or 10) is what and how to eat in a way to enhance your health..

Worked better then expected. Feels like I have 4 new caps that I thought were done.
I have wondered about getting this for years. I finally had several hats that I really liked but were severely stained from perspiration. I washed the first one in the op rack of my dishwasher and it came out 90% back to as new condition ( vs maybe 40 % when I started washing). I like my hat bill with a significant curved bill and this item handled that just fine. I immediately washed the other three hats and have been very pleased with the results.

It would be difficult for me to correctly evaluate the quality of these filters. Plus I haven't installed one yet.
0 of 2 found this helpful I chose Wix brand filters because I read (on the internet) that Wix filters were made in the USA. But there is no where on the box that I can find were the filters are made. So I am basically dissapointed. I hope that they are just as good as Fram or Purilator etc. I pretty much have no way to confirm the comparative quality.
