He refused filing a claim with UPS, he claims the unit was damaged, but the photos he sent were of the front where switch had one missing, but the new one was in the package and noted on the sale. He wanted to blame me for how UPS handled the item. I offered 4 times to file a claim he refused. I stand behind all my other feedback as to how I ship items.
