Works okay

I bought 2. One had to be returned due to no sound. The picture isn't wonderful but it's fine for what I do, which is watch my dogs when I am not home. If you want a crisp clear picture, don't get the ping camera. I like it because it was 2-way sound. The Vivint cameras without the sound have a much better picture.

Good so far

This product is doing its job so far. I have a bathroom with a lot of moisture and it's taking care of the problem. I did not realize it was used but the original 2 year old receipt was stapled to the instruction book. It's ok though, so far, anyway. It was returned for a reason. I hope I didn't get someone else's problem.
