I was told my phone was dead and needed to be replaced. I talked to a Samsung tech and after checking my phone he suggesed that the battery might need
1 of 1 found this helpful replaced and suggested I go on line to find a battery which I did on e-bay. I got a great price on the battery and tried it in my phone. It worked perfectly and my phone is as good as new. Unfortunately, I got a new phone and had I waited my old phone would have worked as before. Lesson learned!!!
