Product is faulty

The power supply overheats and it gets too hot to handle. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't work. I wasted $42.85. To return it, it cost me an extra $8 dollars to return the product. I found the same product at the Salvation Army, and it cost me $1. I recommend not shopping here.
