A lot of camera in a small package.
Sony's sensors are second to none. Particularly good in low light which I shoot quite a bit of. The camera is a significant improvement over the FS100 which I already had. Far more choices in lighting effects and slow motion which I also use frequently.
The ability to use servo zoom is a huge addition.
I haven't used it enough to find out how well it manages battery power, but if it's like its little brother, the FS100, I'll be able to shoot all day on one of the larger lithium batteries.
There are so many special lighting effects, I haven't had time to try them all, but so far this camera does not disappoint.

A truly great lens.
This is a fabulous lens. It's incredibly sharp. I can hardly wait for the start of baseball and track season!!
Focusing is fast and accurate on my D800.

Second rate product
The bolts are too long. I had to get bushings to be able to get the mirror firmly attached. Doesn’t have full range of motion on adjusting mirror.
