2 of 2 found this helpful This is a great Billy Idol record -- Some of his smartest, strongest, most innovative material. Read a William Gibson novel or two, and then spin this. The perfect soundtrack. I personally skip the song "Heroin;" it seems to break up the theme of the entire work. The guitar work is excellent, production stops just shy of overdone, and overall the music creates the mood intended. This CD is over a decade old, but really doesnt seem dated at all. Idol could really carve himself a niche in the electronica field if he so desired. Put on your headphones and scanner disrupter, and enjoy!
