Mellow Vibes
Gentle all over stretching and toning workout with clear direction and pleasant outdoor surroundings. I find these movements helpful for low back pain in particular and flexibility in general; also, the lack of most inverted poses is good for me because I have lpr. As in all Yoga Zone programs, the leaders mirror your movements, which makes it easier to follow along (e.g. as they face you on your TV screen, they'll tell you to raise your right arm while they raise their left).

Quality lens
Sharp, clear, smooth, bright, lightweight, and responsive, with good color balance and macro capacity. Works well on my D3300. Handle gently; the zoom ring gets displaced easily with rough treatment e.g. from falling or from having a moderately heavy object land on it.
