The best, most comprehensive vegetarian book at a reasonable price
I have a version of this book I purchased in late 70’s early 80’s. My nephew’s girlfriend is a vegetarian, and I wanted to obtain a copy for her after she had shown interest in the recipe book.
I have tried many of the recipes, and also the descriptions of the grains, herbs, vegetables are more than helpful. I am not vegetarian but love to have different ways to serve up healthy food.
There is nothing I dislike as a matter of fact it is the most comprehensive and appealing vegetarian book I have used, and this newer version is much improved.
No comparison to some of the other vegetarian books in which the authors seem to lecture about being meatless.
